Antique medical lamp for John Bells & Croyden and Arnold & Sons London - 1921 - 1929.
John Bell & Croyden can trace its history to 1798 when John Bell opened the original pharmacy on Oxford Street, London. They merged with Arnold & Sons between 1921 - 1929 which is when this magnificent piece of lighting would have been produced.
It has since been rewired with an inline switch and PAT tested.
Very nicely engineered and in excellent original condition with only age related wear/patina to note.
